We cannot be responsible for damaged or lost returns, so please use a service with delivery confirmation/tracking. Please do not send back used products. It takes approximately 3 - 4 business days to process returns from the time we receive them.
Southwest Pet offers a full refund (minus shipping, handling, and gift wrapping plus any other charges) on any unused, undamaged merchandise within 30 days of date of purchase. Any undamaged, un-defective products will have a 15% restocking fee. Restocking fee does not apply to exchanges or store credit.
To make a return online simply login into your Southwest Pet Account on southwestpet.ca
Go to "My Account"
Click "My Orders" Click "View" on the order that has items you wish to return
Scroll down and Click "Return Items"
Choose the Item(s) you wish to return as well as the quantity. Please choose the reason for your returns. Comment section is optional.
Please follow the next steps for packaging
Once you have completed these steps Southwest Pet will provide you with a shipping label. This will be sent to the same address you provided for the order.
Once your package is ready, ship it back to us via Canada Post.
Give the package to your Canada Post mail carrier or find your closest post office.
Please allow 10–14 business days for the processing of your return by mail. After we’ve processed the return, it can take up to one week for a refund to be issued back to your original form of payment.
Simply bring back the unused and undamaged merchandise in it’s original packaging along with the Packing Slip or Proof of Purchase Email. Credit Card purchases must be refunded to the same card. Purchases by Google Wallet, Paypal or Apple pay can take several days to refund the purchase.
Please notify Southwest Pet if you have received a damaged item. Keep your package (including the box and any other materials). Southwest Pet will file a damage claim with Canada Post. Keep the item and packaging for 14 days from the day you notify us of the damage, the carrier may send someone to inspect the package.
If your product is returned due to an incorrect address you will be charged $15 before the item is resent.
Warranties are handled by the manufacturer.
